Opened in 1994, by an Argentine mother and daugter duo. Que Rico is a casual fine dining restaurant, offering eclectic Mexican cuisine and warm hospitality in a rustic old vallarta building. A high, open ceiling, exposed stucco and mexican tile floors display an adobe style ambiance, and gentle lighting contribute to an intimate and contemporary feel.
Great Mexican food starts with high quality ingredients and careful preparation. Our kitchen gets busy early every morning because we start from scratch every day making fresh salsa, boiling chilis for our homemade red, green, mole chile dishes, slow cooking our lean cuts of beef and pork. We receive our tortillas fresh daily. No lard, just fresh, wholesome foods prepared from scratch in our fine Mexican tradition.
